Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn is an independent, charitable foundation, committed to empowering communities for positive change.
What makes a community?
We think it’s people coming together to share ideas, solve problems, and support one another.
At Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn, we believe that the best decisions for our island start in the community itself. That’s why we listen carefully to what matters to you - and work with you to fund projects that reflect local priorities.
We don’t just give out grants. We support local ideas, long-term change, and conversations that shape where funding should be focused.

Get in touch
We want to hear from people and communities across Ynys Môn. Whether you have a question about our funding, want to tell us about something happening in your community, or have an idea you would like to discuss, get in touch.
You don’t need to have everything worked out before speaking to us. A conversation is often a good place to start.
